Golf Membership at Heacham Manor

Become a member of Heacham Manor Golf Club and enjoy regular golf on our 18-hole course near Hunstanton on the North West Norfolk coast.

Our welcoming golf club offers membership options for adults, younger golfers, students, Blue Light Card holders and local businesses. Members can book tee times online, take part in club competitions, maintain an official handicap and become part of the club’s friendly golfing and social community.

Our membership year runs from 1 May to 30 April. Pro-rata rates may be available if you join partway through the membership year.

Full Golf Membership

Full membership gives you year-round access to Heacham Manor Golf Course, subject to course availability and conditions.

Annual full membership: £1,023
Affiliation fee: £26

The affiliation fee covers membership of England Golf and the Norfolk Golf Union. It enables the club to provide official handicaps, competitions, County Cards, safeguarding support and access to other England Golf services.

Heacham Manor Membership Benefits

  • Unlimited access to the 18-hole golf course, subject to availability and course conditions.
  • Priority tee times for members before 9am each day.
  • Advance online tee-time booking through the BRS booking system.
  • Entry into club competitions, including medals, Stablefords, matches and social competitions. Entry fees may apply.
  • The opportunity to obtain and maintain an official World Handicap System handicap index.
  • Access to handicap certificates and letters of introduction when required.
  • Discounted green fees for eligible member guests.

  • Free junior membership with a qualifying full adult membership, subject to the applicable terms.

Male Golfer 12th Hole

Youth Membership

Ages 18 to 21: £323 plus affiliation fee
Ages 22 to 25: £473 plus affiliation fee
Ages 26 to 35: £723 plus affiliation fee

Student Membership

Student membership: £193 plus affiliation fee

A valid student ID is required. Applicants must be in full-time education or completing a college-affiliated apprenticeship.
Female Golfer

Blue Light Membership

Eligible Blue Light Card holders receive 10% off the applicable membership subscription.

An affiliation fee of £26 also applies, and valid identification will be required.

Dual Membership with Searles Golf Club

Heacham Manor members can extend their membership to include Searles Golf Club for £299 for the membership year from 1 May to 30 April.

Dual membership gives you access to:

  • 27 holes of golf across Heacham Manor and Searles Golf Club.
  • Two practice facilities.
  • Two putting greens.
  • The nine-hole course and driving range at Searles Golf Club.
  • More choice when arranging a round or practising your game.

Affiliation fees are payable in addition to the membership subscription.

Corporate Golf Membership

Corporate golf membership at Heacham Manor gives businesses a flexible way to entertain clients, build supplier relationships and reward employees.

Three packages are available for the 2026–27 membership year, offering a choice of monthly golf allocations alongside selected hotel, dining, event and leisure benefits.

Corporate membership is available to registered businesses. A business address and company registration number must be supplied as part of the application.

Bronze Membership

£729.17 plus VAT

Includes:

  • Four rounds per month for company employees or guests.
  • Golf available after 10.30am.
  • 10% discount on one golf day per year for up to 20 people.
  • 10% discount on hotel room rates for up to five room nights.
  • 10% discount on food and drink at participating Heacham Manor and Searles venues.
  • One company rewards card offering selected hotel rewards and offers.
  • 15% off Gym and Swim membership at Searles Leisure Club.

Gold Corporate Membership

£1,575 plus VAT

Includes:

  • 12 rounds per month for company employees or guests.
  • Midweek golf throughout the day.
  • Weekend golf after 10.30am.
  • 10% discount on one golf day per year for up to 30 people.
  • 10% discount on hotel room rates for up to ten room nights.
  • 10% discount on food and drink at participating Heacham Manor and Searles venues.
  • One company rewards card offering selected hotel rewards and offers.
  • 25% off Gym and Swim membership at Searles Leisure Club.
  • Two four-ball rounds at Searles Golf Club per month.
platinum
Platinum Corporate Membership

£2,395.83 plus VAT

Includes:

  • One full Heacham Manor Golf Club membership for a named company representative.
  • 24 additional rounds per month, comprising 12 midweek and 12 weekend rounds.
  • The option for the named representative to play with up to three guests, or for up to four company guests to play without the representative.
  • A maximum of four players per day.
  • Weekend rounds may be exchanged for midweek rounds.
  • 10% discount on one golf day per year for up to 40 people.
  • 10% discount on hotel room rates for up to 15 room nights.
  • 10% discount on one function-room hire per year.
  • 10% discount on food and drink at participating Heacham Manor and Searles venues.
  • One company rewards card offering selected hotel rewards and offers.
  • 25% off Gym and Swim membership at Searles Leisure Club.
  • The named Platinum member also receives the standard benefits of full membership, including priority tee times, entry into club competitions and the ability to maintain an official handicap.
