Stay and save at Heacham Manor in spring 2025

At Heacham Manor, we pride ourselves on offering an outstanding Norfolk break at a highly affordable price with fantastic dining, leisure and golf facilities available right here on our doorstep. But we believe great holidays become amazing adventures when you explore what’s on nearby, so we’ve teamed up with a hand-picked selection of local attractions to offer savings on fun activities to make your stay the best ever!

Dial up the fun with free activities at Searles!

First up, as a guest at Heacham Manor you and your family get to enjoy plenty of free fun at our sister company, Searles Leisure Resort in Hunstanton. Just a short 20-minute walk across the golf course or a five-minute drive from Heacham Manor, you’ll find the same friendly welcome and something for all ages to enjoy. Pack your cossies and pool towels to enjoy the resort’s indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complete with splash play and water slide, let the kids run off steam at the Soft Play Zone and enjoy the resort’s live entertainment, all without spending a penny!

Fun family days out in Norfolk for less

Whether you are visiting with little ones, or just young at heart, there are some great local attractions which offer special savings on entry for Heacham Manor guests. Walk the promenade from Heacham’s North Beach to Sea Life Hunstanton on the promenade, just before Searles, an aquarium and national marine sanctuary where you’ll discover rays, sharks, turtles, penguins and seals as you follow the amazing aquatic tour. If you are staying with us, you can enjoy up to 30 per cent off admission for up to five guests – pre-booking is essential, so plan your visit here.

Equally popular with all ages, Snettisham Park in our neighbouring village is a working farm where visitors are warmly invited to roll up their sleeves and help feed the fleecy flock during lambing season, which usually runs until early summer – hold on to the bottle tightly, the cute little lambs are thirsty drinkers! For a more relaxed experience, walk the trails, feed the chickens and collect their freshly laid eggs, enjoy a pony ride or take a magical safari tour and get up close to the farm's magnificent herd of red deer.

And enjoy a big adventure at Watatunga Wildlife Reserve, just past King’s Lynn, a conservation sanctuary which is home to over 24 ungulate species and water buffalo, along with the once extinct Great Bustard and mountain bongos. The Zoological Society of London recently asked the site to trial Vietnamese pheasants, which are now extinct in the wild, and has been recognised with a Visit England Gold Award in recognition of its pioneering conservation work. With photography and sunrise tours new for 2025, as a Heacham Manor guest you can save 15 per cent on an off-peak buggy tour (Tuesday-Thursday, March to October) when you quote SEARLES15 at the time of booking.
